Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:
Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
Contact us at support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 90 days of purchase.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, which must be included with your returned product.
Return Your Product:
Ship the item back to us at your expense within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Email us the tracking number along with your RMA number for reference.

Product Condition:
Items must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
All original accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
Returns made more than 90 days after purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account
Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
Contact your bank, as refunds may take additional time to reflect
If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support for further instructions. Exchanges must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
